Through this financing, Shanghai ThinkTech has secured strategic resources to further accelerate the strategy of MCU localization.

Moreover, the financing can improve Shanghai ThinkTech’s total solution capibilities about information security in the field of IoV, and introduce more opportunities of vehicle networking. The increase of capital has consolidated the layout of Thinktech’s products in the automotive ecology, formed an overall solution for IoV from cloud to vehicle, promoted the stable development of the company’s IoV business segment, and will further enhance the company’s comprehensive strength, which is sigificant to the company’s strategic development.

Shanghai ThinkTech is positioned in the design, development and product application of automotive semiconductor chips, focusing on the connected automobile industry, and providing chips and application solutions for the development of connected automobile. At present, the company has launched three automotive security chips -Mizar series TTM20, TTM300, and TTM2000 for the field of connected vehicles. This series mainly solve the requirements of vehicle-cloud encryption certification, security on-board communication encryption certification, V2X message authentication and other requirements. The entire process of design, development, manufacturing, packaging and testing of Mizar series products meets the quality requirements of automotive semiconductors.
